Terms and conditions of use
« Personal travel, soliciting, hitchhiking… », are the Cameroonian jargon expressions used to describe carpooling.
This practice is an alternative born of the fact that travel agencies in Cameroon are often very saturated and don’t respect boarding times. It was also born out of the desire of personal drivers to amortize the enormous costs of transport during trips.
Although this still informal practice has the advantage of reducing journey times, it is a source of many risks, notably insecurity, as boarding is done with unknown totals and with no possible recourse in the event of difficulties. What’s more, it’s impossible to determine the actual boarding time, since there’s always the uncertainty of finding a driver who will make the trip at a specific time. We sometimes have to spend hours on the pavement, racing several vehicles to find one that suits us.
Fortunately, digital development has led to the digitization of this practice in many countries, making it more reliable and secure, although this is not yet the case in Cameroon.
With this in mind, and seeing the opportunity that this sector presents, a number of entrepreneurs have set up car-sharing platforms to facilitate contact between like-minded drivers and passengers, making them a real alternative to the average car.
With this in mind, Engie Soft, a limited liability company headquartered in Douala, Cameroon, with share capital of CFA 110. 000, registered with the Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier (RCCM) under number RC/DLA/2018/B/4047, with the aim of reliability and security, is publishing a car-sharing platform accessible in the form of a mobile application downloadable from Play Store or App store and designed to put drivers travelling to a given destination on their own account in touch with passengers heading in the same direction, enabling them to share the journey and therefore the associated costs.
The said mobile application can also be downloaded via the Mboa Covoiturage website, notably at https://mboa-covoiturage.com/contact-2/, which can be used for information purposes only for the time being.
The “Mboa Covoiturage” mobile application is only available for journeys within Cameroon’s national territory, particularly from one city to another.
The purpose of these terms and conditions of use is to govern access to and use of the Platform. We invite you to read them carefully. You understand and acknowledge that Mboa covoiturage is not a party to any agreement, contract or contractual relationship of any kind whatsoever between the Members of its Platform.
By registering on the Platform, Registration via but not connection.
« Ad » designates a Carpooling Ad
« Carpooling ad » means an advertisement concerning a Trip posted on the Platform by a Driver;
« CGU » means the present General Conditions of Use;
« Compte » means the present General Conditions of Use;
« Conducteur » refers to the user offering to transport another natural person on the Platform;
« Reservation confirmation » assumes that the Passenger then receives a booking confirmation message on the application in question;
« Service Fees » refers to the fees charged by Mboa covoiturage to its users in return for using the Platform,
« Member » means any natural person who has created an Account on the Platform;
« Cost sharing » means, for a given Carpooling Trip, the sum of money requested by the Driver and accepted by the Passenger as a contribution to the cost of travel.
« Place » means the space reserved by a Customer in a Driver’s vehicle
« Platform », has the meaning given to it in Article 1, above
« Service » refers to the carpooling service provided by MBoa covoiturage via the Platform.
« Route » designates a Carpool trip
« Carpooling trip » désigne le trajet faisant l’objet d’une Annonce de covoiturage publiée par un Conducteur sur la Plateforme et pour lequel il accepte de transporter des Passagers en contrepartie de la Participation aux Frais ;
Use of the Platform is reserved for natural persons who have reached the age of majority under Cameroonian law and are therefore at least 21 years old.
Any registration on the Platform by a minor is strictly forbidden.
By accessing, using or registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
Registration on the platform implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
The Platform allows Members to publish Carpooling Classified Ads and to consult Classified Ads, as well as to interact with each other to reserve a Carpooling Spot.
It also enables only those who have previously created an Account and become a Member of the said platform to publish a Carpooling Advert or reserve a Seat in a carpool, which is impossible for non-registered persons.
After downloading the Mboa covoiturage mobile application from Play Store or Apps tore or following the information contained on the mboa-covoiturage.com website, you can proceed to create your account.
After downloading the mobile application, you have two options:
(i) either fill in all the mandatory fields on the registration form after clicking on the “register” button;
(ii) connect to our Platform via your telephone number or email address, or your Facebook, Google or Apple account. This feature has the advantage of saving you the hassle of the first, as Mboa covoiturage will have access to and retain certain information about your accounts.
NB: There is no link between Mboa covoiture and Facebook, Google or Apple accounts. When you register with one of these accounts, Mboa covoiturage only collects the information it needs for your registration, similar to the information the user used to create their Google, Facebook or Apple account.
Your registration on the Platform confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
At the time of creating your Account, and regardless of the method chosen to do so, you agree to provide personal information accurate and consistent with reality and to update, through your profile or by notifying Mboa carpooling, to ensure the relevance and accuracy throughout your contractual relationship with Mboa carpooling.
You are therefore solely responsible for any fraudulent use of your Account by a third party or disclosure of your password to a third party.
You agree not to create or use, under your own identity or that of a third party, Accounts other than the one initially created.
Mboa covoiturage has, for purposes of transparency, improving confidence, or prevention or detection of fraud, implemented this, before finalizing the creation of your account, a system of verification of some of the information you provide on your profile. This is particularly the case when you enter your telephone number or e-mail address.
The telephone number will be verified by an OTP (One Time Password) code sent by SMS or e-mail, depending on whether the account was created using a telephone number or an e-mail address.
You acknowledge and agree that any reference on the Platform or the Services to so-called “verified” information or any similar term, means only that a Member has successfully passed the existing verification procedure on the Platform or the Services in order to provide you with more information about the Member with whom you are considering traveling.
NB: Mboa covoiturage does not guarantee the veracity, reliability or validity of any information that has not been verified.
As a Member, and subject to the conditions below, you can create and publish Carpooling Advertisements on the Platform by providing information about the Carpooling Trip you intend to make. (dates/times and places of departure and arrival, number of seats offered, information on the vehicle to be used for the trip with supporting photos, options offered, amount of the Participation aux Frais, etc.).
When you publish your Carpool Ad, you can indicate stopover towns in which you agree to pick up or drop off Passengers. The sections of the Carpool Trip between these stopover cities or between one of these stopover cities and the departure or arrival point of the Carpool Trip constitute “Sub-Trips”.
You are only authorized to publish a Carpooling Ad if you meet all of the following conditions:
(ii)You will only post Carpool Ads for vehicles that you own or that you use with the express permission of the owner, and in all cases, that you are authorized to use for carpooling purposes;
(iii) You are and remain the principal driver of the vehicle that is the subject of the Carpooling Ad;
(iv) The vehicle has valid insurance ;
(v) You have no contraindications or medical incapacity to drive;
(vii) You do not intend to post another ad for the same Carpooling Trip on the Platform;
(viii) You do not offer more Seats than are available in your vehicle;
(ix) Toutes les Places offertes ont une ceinture de sécurité, et ce même si le véhicule est homologué en présence de sièges dépourvus de ceinture de sécurité ;
(x) You are using a vehicle that is in perfect working order and complies with all applicable regulations and legal provisions, in particular with an up-to-date roadworthiness test;
(xi)
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content of the Carpooling Ad you publish on the Platform. Consequently, you declare and guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of all information contained in your Carpooling Ad and undertake to carry out the Carpooling Trip according to the methods described in your Carpooling Ad.
Your Carpooling Ad will be published on the Platform and therefore visible to Members and all visitors, even non-Members, conducting a search on the Platform or on the website of Mboa carpooling partners.
Mboa covoiturage reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, not to publish or remove, at any time, any Carpooling Ad that does not comply with the GCU or that it considers detrimental to its image, that of the Platform or that of the Services.
You are also informed that in the event that you present yourself as a consumer by using the Platform when you are in fact acting in a professional capacity, you may be subject to the penalties provided for by the relevant legislation in force.
a- Beneficiaries of a reservation
The Platform is intended for booking Tickets for individuals. It is therefore forbidden to reserve a seat for the transport of an object, parcel, animal travelling alone or any material item.
b-Reservation by name
All use of Mboa carpooling services, whether as a Passenger or Driver, is nominative. Both the Driver and the Passenger must correspond to the identity communicated to Mboa covoiturage and to the other Members participating in the Carpooling Trip.
In other words, it is strictly forbidden to reserve a place on behalf of a third party.
However, a user can reserve several places in his or her name for the same trip.
c- Procedure for reserving a place
MBOA Carpooling has implemented an online reservation system (the “Reservation”) for trips offered on the Platform.
Reserving a place involves two steps: submitting a reservation request and paying the required amount online.
When a Passenger is interested in a Carpooling Ad, they can make a Reservation request online.
At the time of Reservation, the Passenger pays the amount of the Participation Fee and the related Service Charges online into the Orange Money or MOMO account provided for this purpose by the platform.
The Mboa carpooling application automatically verifies payment at the time of booking. Once payment has been received, the passenger receives his booking confirmation his booking confirmation
Once the Reservation has been confirmed, MBOA Carpooling will send you the telephone number of the Driver (if you are a Passenger) or the Passenger (if you are a Driver).
NB: the driver cannot accept or refuse a reservation request. He simply publishes his car-sharing advert and sees the reservations confirmed by the platform.
a-System operation
MBOA Carpooling encourages you to leave a review on a Driver (if you are a Passenger) or a Passenger (if you are a Driver) with whom you have shared a Trip or with whom you were supposed to share a Trip. On the other hand, you are not authorized to leave a review on another Passenger, if you were a Passenger yourself, nor on a Member with whom you did not travel or with whom you were not supposed to travel.
Your opinion, as well as any opinion left by another Member, will only be visible and published on the Platform within a short period of time.
You have the option of replying to a review that another Member has left on your profile within a maximum of 14 days following publication of the review. The review and your response, if any, will be published on your profile.
You acknowledge and agree that MBOA Carpooling reserves the right not to publish or remove any notice, question, comment or response whose content it deems contrary to these TOS.
b- Sanctioning unfavorable opinions
MBOA Carpooling reserves the right to suspend your Account, limit your access to the Services or terminate these GCU in the event that (i) you have received at least three notices whose average is less than or equal to 3.
Access to and registration on the Platform, as well as searching, viewing and publishing Advertisements, are free of charge. However, Reservations are subject to a fee under the conditions described below.
a- Contribution to expenses
In the context of a Carpooling Trip, it is strictly forbidden to make any profit from the use of our Platform. Consequently, you undertake to limit the amount of the Contribution to Expenses that you request from your Passengers to the costs that you actually bear to make the Carpooling Trip. If you fail to do so, you alone will bear the risks of requalification of the transaction carried out via the Platform, which requalification may result in the suspension of your Account, the limitation of your access to the Services or the termination of these GCU.
When you publish a Carpooling Ad, Mboa Carpooling suggests an amount of Participation in the Expenses which takes account in particular of the nature of the Carpooling Trip and the distance travelled. This amount is purely indicative and it is up to you to modify it upwards or downwards to take into account the costs you actually incur on the Carpooling Trip. To prevent abuse,
The cost is borne by the passenger and paid via an Orange money or ney account opened by the platform.
b-Service Fees
MBOA Carpooling charges its users a service fee for using the Platform (hereinafter, the “Service Fee”). The user will be informed before any Service Charge is applied.
The amount of the service charge corresponds to a total rate of 20% of the cost of participation in transport costs, of which 10% is borne by the passenger in addition to the sum corresponding to the participation in transport costs, and 10% is borne by the driver and therefore deducted from the participation in costs to be paid to him later.
NB: Service charges are automatically applied when a journey is booked for the passenger and when the driver pays his share of the costs.
c- Payment methods: Platform collection mandate
By using the Platform as a Driver for journeys with a Reservation, you give Mboa Carpooling a mandate to collect the amount of the Share of Expenses in your name and on your behalf.
Consequently, in the case of a Trip, Mboa Carpooling collects the full amount paid by the Passenger (Service Fee and Participation in Costs).
Expense shares received by Mboa Carpooling are deposited in an account.
When passengers and drivers meet, as soon as the former click on board, the driver receives the Participations aux Frais received by Mboa Covoiturage in his account opened by the application and can proceed with collection.
You acknowledge and accept that none of the sums collected by Mboa Carpooling in the name of and on behalf of the Driver carry any right to interest. You agree to respond with diligence to any request from Mboa Covoiturage and more generally any administrative or judicial authority competent in particular in the prevention or the fight against money laundering. In particular, you agree to provide, on request, any useful proof of address and/or identity.
In the absence of response from you to these requests, Mboa Carpooling may take any action it deems appropriate including the freezing of sums paid and / or suspension of your Account and / or termination of these Terms.
d- Payment of driver’s contribution to expenses
Following the Carpooling Trip, Passengers have 24 hours to submit a claim to Mboa Carpooling. In the absence of any dispute on their part within this period, Mboa Carpooling considers the confirmation of the Trip as acquired.
From the date of this express or tacit confirmation, you, as the Driver, have a credit payable on your Account. This credit corresponds to the total amount paid by the Passenger at the time of confirmation of the Reservation less the Service Charges, i.e. the amount of the Participation in Charges paid by the Passenger.
the driver has picked up the passenger(s) and can then claim the money from their Orange Money or MOMO account.
When the cancellation of the trip is attributable to the Driver, the Passenger is reimbursed the full amount paid (i.e. the Participation aux Frais and the related Service Charges).
In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the passenger will be reimbursed as follows:
NB: This refund only concerns the amount of the participation fee, as the service fee is retained by the platform.
Refunds are made via the Orange Money and Mobile Money account previously used by the passenger to make the payment.
Reimbursement fees (Orange Money and Mobile Money transactions require a fee) are charged to the passenger and correspond to 2% of the amount of the fee.
The Seat(s) cancelled by the Passenger for the said Carpooling Trip are automatically made available to other Passengers who may reserve them online in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these GCU.
If the member who reserved does not travel and does not cancel his reservation, he has a maximum period of one (01) month to claim his refund. En cas de non-réclamation après l’expiration de la période d’un mois sus indiquée, la participation aux frais versée par le membre sera acquise de plein droit à Mboa covoiturage.
The use of the platform or its services by drivers does not generate profits on their behalf. It is therefore a non-commercial and non-professional use, the violation of which entails sanctions.
1. Prohibitions on non-commercial purposes
In order to respect the said non-commercial and non-professional purposes, Mboa covoiturage places two prohibitions at the center of the use of the platform’s services by drivers, namely:
(i) a formal prohibition on charging more than the actual costs incurred;
(ii) a ban on using a company vehicle for business trips.
It is therefore forbidden for drivers who are members of the platform to benefit in any way from the use of the said platform.
2. Penalties for commercial use of the services and platform
If the driver uses the platform and its services for commercial or professional purposes, he/she may be subject to suspension of his/her Account, restriction of access to the Services or termination of these GCU).
All users of the Platform acknowledge that they are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations and obligations applicable to their use of the Platform.
By using the Platform and during Journeys, you agree to :
(i) not to use the Platform for professional, commercial or profit-making purposes;
(ii) not to transmit to Mboa Covoiturage (in particular when creating or updating your Account) or to other Members any false, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent information;
(iii) not to make any comments, behave in any way or publish any content on the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, aggressive, inappropriate, violent, threatening, harassing, racist, xenophobic or sexually oriented, inciting violence, discrimination or hatred, encouraging activities or the use of illegal substances or, more generally, contrary to the purposes of the Platform, likely to infringe the rights of Mboa Covoiturage or a third party or contrary to public decency;
(iv) not infringe the rights and image of Mboa Covoiturage, including its intellectual property rights;
(v) not to open more than one Account on the Platform and not to open an Account in the name of a third party;
(vi) not to attempt to circumvent the Platform’s online reservation system, in particular by attempting to communicate your contact details to another Member in order to make the reservation outside the Platform, and not to pay the Service Fee;
(vii) not to contact another Member, in particular via the Platform, for any purpose other than that of defining the terms and conditions of carpooling;
(viii) not accept or make any payment outside the Platform;
(ix) comply with these TOU and the Privacy Policy.
2. Driver commitments
When using the Platform as a Driver, you agree to :
(i) comply with all laws, rules and codes applicable to driving and to the vehicle, in particular to have valid third-party liability insurance at the time of the Carpool Trip and to be in possession of a valid driver’s license;
(ii) ensure that your insurance is up to date;
(iii) not to take any risks at the wheel, not to take any products that could impair your attention or ability, and to drive with vigilance and in complete safety;
(iv) publish Carpooling Advertisements corresponding only to journeys actually planned;
(v) Carry out the Carpooling Trip as described in the Carpooling Ad (in particular with regard to whether or not to use the freeway) and respect the times and places agreed with the other Members (in particular the meeting and drop-off points);
(vi) not to take more Passengers than the number of Seats indicated in the Carpooling Ad;
(vii) use a vehicle that is in perfect working order and complies with all applicable regulations and legal provisions, in particular with an up-to-date roadworthiness test;
(viii) provide Mboa Carpooling or any Passenger who so requests, your driver’s license, registration document, insurance certificate, roadworthiness certificate and any other document attesting to your ability to use this vehicle as a Driver on the Platform;
(ix) inform your Passengers without delay in the event of an impediment or change to the schedule or the Carpooling Trip;
(x) in the case of a cross-border Carpooling Trip, to have and keep available for the Passenger and any authority requesting it any document proving your identity;
(xi) wait for Passengers at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes after the agreed time;
(xii) not to publish a Carpooling Ad relating to a vehicle that you do not own or that you are not authorized to use for carpooling purposes;
(xiii) ensure that your Passengers can reach you by telephone at the number registered on your profile;
(xiv) not generate any profit through the Platform;
(xv) guarantee that he/she has no medical contraindication or incapacity to drive;
(xvi) behave appropriately and responsibly during the Carpooling Trip and in accordance with the Carpooling spirit.
3. Passenger commitments
When you use the Platform as a Passenger on a Journey, you undertake to :
(i) behave appropriately during the Trip so as not to interfere with the Driver’s concentration and driving or with the peace and quiet of other Passengers;
(ii) respect the driver’s vehicle and its cleanliness;
(iii) in the event of impediment, inform the Driver without delay;
(iv) wait for the Driver at the agreed meeting place at least 15 minutes after the agreed time;
(v) provide Mboa Carpooling or any Driver who requests it with your identity card or any other document that proves your identity;
(vi) not to transport, during a Trip, any object, merchandise, substance or animal likely to hinder the Driver’s driving and concentration or whose nature, possession or transport is contrary to the legal provisions in force;
(vii) ensure that you are reachable by telephone by the Driver, at the number registered on your profile, in particular at the meeting point.
In the event that you have reserved one or more Seats on behalf of a third party, in accordance with the provisions of article IV 2 c above, you are responsible for the third party’s compliance with the provisions of this article and, more generally, of these GCU.
Mboa Covoiturage reserves the right to suspend your Account, limit your access to the Services or terminate these GCU, in the event of failure on the part of the third party on whose behalf you have reserved a Place to comply with these GCU.
The Mboa Carpooling Platform is an online platform where Members can create and publish Carpooling Ads for Carpooling trips. In particular, these Carpooling Ads can be consulted by other Members to find out about the terms and conditions of the Journey and, where applicable, to book a Seat in the vehicle concerned directly with the Member who posted the ad on the Platform.
By using the Platform and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that Mboa Carpooling is not a party to any agreement between you and other Members to share the costs of a Trip.
Mboa Carpooling has no control over behavior. It does not own, operate, supply or manage the vehicles that are the subject of the Advertisements, nor does it offer any journeys on the Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that Mboa Carpooling does not control the validity, truthfulness or legality of the Ads, Places and Trips offered. As an intermediary in carpooling, Mboa Covoiturage does not provide any transportation service and does not act as a carrier, the role of Mboa Covoiturage is limited to facilitating access to the Platform.
In this capacity of intermediary, Mboa Covoiturage can not be held responsible for the actual progress of a Journey, and in particular because :
(i) erroneous information communicated by the Driver, in his Advertisement, or by any other means, concerning the Trip and its terms and conditions;
(ii) cancellation or modification of a Trip by a Member ;
(iii) the behavior of its Members during, before or after the Trip.
2. Full responsibility of members for risks associated with the journey
Within the framework of a Carpooling Trip, Members (Drivers or Passengers) act under their sole and entire responsibility, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code relating to the law of obligations and contractual civil liability (article 1108 et seq. of the Civil Code).
The contract between Mboa covoiturage and Mboa covoiturage is a contract for an indefinite period, but which gives the contracting parties the option of terminating it without observing any form of notice, at no cost and for no reason.
To do so, simply send a request for account deletion to https://mboa-covoiturage.com/contact-covoiturage-interurbain-au-cameroun/ and the platform will take care of it within 72 hours.
2. Suspension ou résiliation par la plateforme : sanction pour non-respect des CGU
For reasons related to the name respect of your obligations as members and therefore violation of these C.G.U., Mboa covoiturage, in order to preserve its security and integrity, those of its Members or third parties or for purposes of fraud prevention or investigations reserves the right to :
(i) terminate, immediately and without notice, these GTC; and/or
(ii) prevent the publication or delete any notice, Advertisement, message, content, Reservation request, or any other content published by you on the Platform; and/or
(iii) limit your access to and use of the Platform; and/or
(iv) temporarily or permanently suspend your Account.
When necessary, you will be notified of the implementation of such a measure to allow you to give explanations to Mboa carpooling who will decide, at its sole discretion, to lift the measures implemented or not.
As part of your use of the Platform, Mboa Covoiturage may collect and process some of your personal data.
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy, subject to member acceptance, in particular through registration and use of the platform.
Thus, by using the Platform and registering as a Member, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data by Mboa Covoiturage in accordance with applicable law and the stipulations of the Privacy Policy.
Mboa Covoiturage is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the Service, the Platform, its content (in particular texts, images, drawings, logos, videos, sounds, data, graphics) as well as the software and databases ensuring their operation, subject to the content provided by its Members.
b. Non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable license for members on the platform content
Mboa Covoiturage grants you a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable license to use the Platform and Services, for your personal and private use, on a non-commercial basis and in accordance with the purposes of the Platform and Services.
Any other form of use or exploitation of the Platform and Services, and their content without the prior written permission of Mboa Covoiturage is strictly prohibited.
You are therefore prohibited from :
(i) Reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, disseminate the Platform, Services and their content, except as expressly authorized by Mboa Covoiturage ;
(ii) decompile or reverse engineer the Platform or the Services, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable law;
(iii) extract or attempt to extract (in particular by using data robots or any other similar data collection tool) a substantial part of the data from the Platform.
2. Content published by users: Non-exclusive license from ” Mboa covoiturage “.
In order to provide the Services and in accordance with the purpose of the Platform, you grant Mboa Covoiturage a non-exclusive license to use the content and data you provide in connection with your use of the Services (hereinafter, your “Member Content”). In order to allow Mboa Covoiturage to distribute the content of the Platform via the digital network and any communication protocol (in particular the Internet and mobile networks), as well as to make it available to the public, you authorize Mboa Covoiturage, for the territory of Cameroon and for the entire duration of your contractual relationship with Mboa Covoiturage, to reproduce, represent, adapt and translate your Member Content in the following manner:
(i) you authorize Mboa Covoiturage to reproduce all or part of your Member Content on any digital recording medium, known or unknown to date, and in particular on any server, hard disk, memory card, or any other equivalent medium, in any format and by any process known and unknown to date, to the extent necessary for any storage, backup, transmission or downloading operation related to the operation of the Platform and the provision of the Service;
(ii) you authorize Mboa Covoiturage to adapt and translate your Member Content, as well as to reproduce these adaptations on any digital medium, current or future, stipulated in the (i) Above, in order to provide the Services, in particular in different languages. This right includes, in particular, the right to modify the formatting of your Member Content, with due respect for your moral rights, in order to comply with the Platform’s graphic charter and/or to make it technically compatible for publication on the Platform.
Mboa Covoiturage will endeavor, as far as possible, to maintain the Platform accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
Nevertheless, access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended, without notice, due to technical maintenance operations, migration, updates or due to breakdowns or constraints linked to the operation of networks.

2. Modification of the GTCU
The present CGU express the entirety of the agreement between you and Mboa Covoiturage relating to your use of the Services. Any other document, in particular any mention on the Platform, is for information purposes only.

Any modification of these GCU will be published on the Platform with a mention of the date of update and will be notified to you by Mboa Covoiturage before its entry into force.
3. Applicable law in the event of disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GCU shall be governed by Cameroonian law and may be resolved amicably.
