Details of users’ visits to the Platform and the content they have accessed;

Responses to our surveys and questionnaires and opinions left to evaluate a journey made through our Platform, which information may be used in particular for research and analysis of user behavior;

The data we may ask you to provide when you report a problem with our Platform or services;

A copy of your identity card or any other similar document you have agreed to provide;

A photo of your driver’s license and a spontaneous selfie as part of the identity check.

B. Data collected automatically by the platform

Data collected upon connection to the platform’s services. In the event that you connect to our services using the social networking features made available to you, Mboa covoiturage will have access to some of the data (in particular, your first name, last name, photograph and e-mail address) of your account on said social network in accordance with the general terms of use of the social network concerned. We may also collect some of your Personal Data when you interact with features of these social networks, such as “Like” features;

Information collected during user visits. During each of your visits, we may collect, in accordance with applicable legislation and with your consent, where applicable, information relating to the devices on which you use our services or the networks from which you access our services, such as in particular your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of Internet browsers used, types and versions of your browser’s plugins, operating systems and platforms, data concerning your browsing on our Platform, in particular your browsing on the various URL pages of our Platform, the content you access or consult, the search terms used, download errors, the duration of consultation of certain pages, the advertising identifier of your device, interactions with the page as well as any telephone number used to contact us. Information on the use of our Platform. We also collect information about your use of our Platform (such as the number of ads posted, your response rate to messages, your date of registration, your average number of reviews received, etc.) which may be displayed on your public profile, if you have one;

We collect technical information relating to the model of your
vehicle, registration number, make, model, year of manufacture and color of the vehicle, when you send us a photo of the vehicle when filling in the vehicle description form.

We also collect information relating to the comfort of your vehicle (in particular whether it is air-conditioned and whether music can be played) when you tick or untick the boxes provided for this purpose.

C. Data retention periods

The length of time Mboa Covoiturage retains personal data varies according to the category of Personal Data.
Financial data (e.g. payments, reimbursements, etc.) are
retained for the period required by applicable tax laws, and
accountant ;
Log data is kept for up to 10 years from the date of collection;
Data relating to the checking of your identity documents is kept for a period of 10 years in order to carry out checks and detect fraud.
Secondly, we may archive some of your Personal Data for a period not exceeding five (5) years in order to comply with our legal obligations and for the management of any disputes.

Inform you, by SMS or any other means of communication, of changes to our services and support you in using our services;

Verify your alleged identity and/or the information contained in your national identity card or any other identity document that we may have collected during your registration or your use of our Platform;

To manage our Platform and carry out internal technical operations in the context of problem resolution, data analysis, testing and research in order to ensure the security of our Platform and improve its features.

B. User obligations

Provide all the information requested by the platform so that the carpooling service can be provided efficiently;
Help us maintain a healthy and secure environment on our Platform, in particular by fighting fraud;

IV. Conditions for disclosing collected data to third parties

We may disclose information about you,

Users wearing the driver’s hat when booking ;

With regard to targeted advertising :

On social networking platforms (e.g. Facebook): you can object to this processing at any time by configuring the advertising settings of your account directly on the social networking platform or by contacting us;
